Payment

In purchasing items from the online shop, if a payment is not received or a payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased and no items will be shipped or delivered.

Custom Orders

Price quotes on custom orders are good for 6 months from the date given. Time estimates are good for one week. Once we accept your deposit on a custom order the price is final. We will do our utmost to meet the time estimate and will communicate progress and date changes as needed.

Deposits are not refundable. On a case by case basis, we may be able to apply your deposit to another project or to shop inventory. Finished custom orders are not returnable.

Communication throughout the custom order process is key when working long distance. The customer must be responsive in a timely way to correspondence, especially when key deadlines are involved.

We want you to be happy with your custom order. If you commission a piece and are not happy with it on completion, we will rectify it as best we can, within reason.

Designs

Custom designs are not exclusive. We may at our discretion use a similar design or element from past work in current projects.

We reserve the right to use our images of the work as we wish, publicly showing it in progress and completed. Agreements reserving the customer’s right to premiere can be worked out, just ask.

 Shipping Policies within the US

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount set by the seller at the time of purchase or before completion of a custom order. Shipping insurance for the cost of the item will be included in that amount. If an item is lost during shipping, an insurance claim will be filed by the seller with the shipping company. Once the claim is paid, the amount paid out by the shipping company will be refunded to the buyer within 30 days. The shipping cost to the buyer will also be reimbursed.

If an item is damaged during shipping, the seller will not be held responsible but will, if possible, try to repair the damage. If appropriate, an insurance claim will be filed by the seller with the shipping company. Once the claim is paid, the amount paid out by the shipping company will be refunded to the buyer within 30 days.

Shipping outside the US

Items lost or damaged in international shipping will be addressed on a case by case basis.  All duties, VAT, import taxes, customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund/Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with a piece purchased at a festival or from the online shop you can return the piece in good condition for your money back (minus shipping) within 30 days of receipt.

Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis and only within 30 days of purchase.

Complaints

Any complaints about items may be sent to jennifer@www.organicarmor.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at on a case by case basis.

Legalities

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
