How to find your hat size
Head sizes vary with hair styles, age, weight fluctuations. Use a tape measure or a non-stretchy piece of string and a ruler to determine the circumference of your head. Find the measurement to the nearest 1/8 of an inch across the widest part of the head, above the eyebrows and ears.
Use the Sizing Chart below to convert this measurement in inches, to a hat size.

X Small – 20 1/2″ to 20 3/4″ = Size 6 1/2 or 6 5/8
Small – 21 1/8″ to 21 1/2″ = Size 6 3/4 or 6 7/8 =
Medium – 21 7/8″ to 22 1/4″ = Size 7 or 7 1/8
Large – 22 5/8″ to 23″ = Size 7 1/4 or 7 3/8
X Large – 23 1/2″ to 23 7/8″ = Size 7 1/2 or 7 5/8
XX Large – 24 1/4″ to 24 5/8″ = Size 7 3/4 or 7 7/8
XXX Large – 25″ = Size 8
